Outsourcing to Morocco

A lot of European businesses have already found their way to Morocco. Predominantly French and Spanish corporations have their offices here. Anglo-Saxon companies are still less represented in Morocco, probably due to a lack of familiarity with the country and a presumed language barrier. Some may uphold an image of Morocco as a low-wage country that consequently delivers less skilled employees. We are here to change that image: We profoundly believe that the opposite is true.

With regard to language, although French and Spanish are respectively the second and third language in Morocco, the IT sector has certainly become more focused on English. Knowing English is a must for software Engineers in Morocco as well. Beside, a lot of our engineers have already experience with working in French companies located in Morocco. Working within an European environment of software engineering is not new to them.
